This handbook gives an overview of the organisation of the RFO Hanse Passage and the procedures regarding the financial management of this operation.

It is the latest version 2.1 of the financial handbook from June 2005. The main modifications compared with the previous version 2.0 of October 2004 are:

• Revised audit guidelines May 2005 from INTERREG IIIC secretariat.(attached as separate document).
• Modified time schedule(period Jan-June 2005) appendix 2
• Note on sharing Management and Coordination costs(app.22)
